Happy 2013

Well my friends, as you've all been aware, the past few years have been a difficult journey for my Hubster and I.  Though, somehow, we've managed to survive and persevere, and never give up the fight.  I would like to say a fond farewell to 2012, and I don't think I would ever want to revisit that year again.  Don't get me wrong, there were some profound moments; like Cruella going into assisted living being the biggest one.  Yes, she still drives me insane.  Yesterday, New Years Eve morning, between 8:00 am and 8:30 am, I received 4 phone calls, of which I did not answer.  Each voice mail getting progressively more irate. "Sam, why don't you answer your fucking phone, this is important, I have no heat!"  Needless to say, I did not call my mother back.

Regardless of how 2013 starts out, I know this year will be a significantly better year than the proceeding 3 years.  My Hubster will finally be graduating from his University, and with a song and prayer, will hopefully be employed as a Full time Special Education Teacher come this fall, and I, by the end of January, will have a new job somewhere in the IT Industry that doesn't have me reporting to a bunch of Indians who don't speak English or respond to emails. UGH!
